Allows stitcher to use Adjustable Brackets for Stretcher Bars or Q-Snap Frames

NOTE: Required for Mark 2 Floor Stand and Lap Stand ONLY. If you want to use Stretcher Bars or Q-Snap Frames (this keeps the two pillars of the Lap Stand stable and also hold the two sides of the Flip Frame on the Mark 2 Floor Stand stable.)
